Welcome message from Kathy Finlan with a faith-based inspirational quote.

It's not crazy that I grew up dysfunctional...

What’s crazy is that I thought it was normal.

I am passionate about sharing my personal life story with those who can relate, especially the younger generation who may be dealing with trauma and heartbreak. I want you to know that all the work I have done in healing from PTSD and will continue to do is for you! Trauma can be healed! By sharing my story and my experience of spiritual healing in the presence of God, I hope to inspire others on their journey of trauma recovery. The more we discuss the challenges we face, the closer we will come to understanding and hopefully changing how we deal with our trauma. We owe it to future generations to heal our trauma so it does not affect their future.

The world has changed significantly in the past few years, more than in my lifetime. Supporting the younger generation is now more crucial than ever. I invite you to join me in preserving our changing legacy as we know it.

The Journey to healing is one of the hardest things you will do. It will also be the most rewarding.

Healing is Achievable!

“Healing is achievable. This is an amazing story—raw and real. Kathy’s experiences are deeply relatable, yet astonishing. Her persistent desire to understand why and to keep searching for answers is remarkable.”
— Jon Finlan, Kathy’s husband
