What’s crazy is that I thought it was normal.
I am passionate about sharing my personal life story with those who can relate, especially the younger generation who may be dealing with trauma and heartbreak. I want you to know that all the work I have done healing from ptsd and will continue to do is for you! Trauma can be healed! By sharing my story and my experience of spiritual healing in the presence of God. I hope to inspire others to do the same. The more we discuss the challenges we face, the closer we will come to understanding and hopefully changing how we deal with our trauma. We owe it to future generations to heal our trauma so it does not affect their future.
